We will accept returns for specific purchases on the Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC online store within 7 days from the package received date for Unworn, Undamaged, Unwashed, No scents or odors, No rips or tears, No other signs of being worn/used/opened.

A gentle exfoliate, stimulates and smooth the skin. The polish is massaged over the body, focusing on dryer areas and then removed using warm towels. This is a wonderful treatment to help smooth rough skin areas and treats dry skin. This treatment hydrate the skin making it more healthier and youthful.
One Hour
Is a deeply hydrating, detoxifying body mask. This treatment begins with dry brushing to loosen dead skin cells and stimulate circulation. The mask is then applied all over the body. You are then wrap, creating a relaxing heat that encourages detoxification. This wrap is designed to help firm and tone the skin.

This style wrap is a moisturizing, toning and skin tightening body contour treatment that cleanses toxins while it decreases the size of fatty areas. Once you have been wrapped, you will be wrapped in a thermal blanket and treated to a neck, scalp, and face massage and a foot massage.
The results are more dramatic when the treatment is done in a series, but works with one treatment and has lasting results.

In-house Policies:
When making an appointment, it is the client's responsibility to keep the appointment time scheduled. Plan to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start time in order to relax & prepare to enjoy the experience. Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC believes that each client deserves meaningful customer centered and results-oriented service.
**"NO SHOWS **
A "No Show" means that the client did not show up for a scheduled appointment AND did not contact us to cancel/reschedule the appointment.
Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC, expects clients to give a 24-hour notice of cancellation when cancelling or needing to reschedule prior to any appointment. Cancellations made in less than 24-hours may incur a $25 fee.
A credit card or deposit will be required for some services. In some cases, the client may be charged the full cost of the service if the client is a "No Show" to a scheduled appointment.
Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC values our clients time and appreciates stress that missed, /delayed appointments have on level of service that we provide. We expect to provide efficient, courteous service(s) at all times to each and every client. Adherence to scheduled appointments helps us to provide the attention to detail that each client wants and deserves. Lash Services - All issues/corrections must be reported to, and scheduled for correction by Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC within 3 business days of the original appointment. After 3 business days of the original appointment, all regular fees and charges will apply.
Your First Visit
For your first body wrap session you will be with us for approximately 2 hours. The initial consultation, first measuring and wrapping will take about 30 minutes. An additional 45 to 60 minutes are spent in the wraps, and then unwrapping; a second measurement and dressing take approximately 15 minutes, followed by the reviewing the results from your first session. For our members and program holders, the body wrap should take approximately 1 ½ hours.
What should I wear to be wrapped?
In order to maximize the coverage of the Mineral Slim Wrap, we suggest that women be wrapped in cotton undergarments, and men are required to wear underwear and gym shorts. You will be wrapped in warm, damp bandages, so be sure to bring an extra set of dry undergarments for after the wrap.
What is the Superior Results Wrap?
The Superior Results Wrap is a two-part process. You are first placed in an infrared blanket, which promotes heating the body, stimulating the system, and opening the pores of the skin to better accept the body wrap solution. When you incorporate both the internal benefits of infrared and the external compression process with the mineral body wrap, the body's detoxification process is enhanced and this promotes inch loss and weight loss.
Does the Slim Wrap involve exercise?
Our Slim Wrap will reduce inches with or without exercise; however, the benefits of any level of exercise will increase your results. You can either choose to utilize your hour in the mineral body wrap being active or just relax in our massage chair and let our mineral solution and the wrapping technique do all the work for you. Our clients are happy in either of the wraps and it just depends on what they "feel" like doing that day, but we do notice a better inch loss is achieved with our mineral wrap as an active wrap.
Optional: To better enhance the results if you choose to relax while in the mineral wrap, then we suggest you do so in our infrared blanket instead of just our massage chair.
How many inches will I lose?
Depending upon body type (the proportion of soft tissue to muscle mass), most clients average an 8 to 10 inch loss on their first wrap, and about half as much on the second and third wraps. Many customers have body wraps for skin tightening and cellulite reduction, which does not involve inch loss, while others seek the therapeutic benefits of detoxification.
How long does it last?
As long as you maintain your weight (or lose weight), the lost inches will stay off for at least 2-3 months. Bear in mind that in everyday life we continue to take in toxins through chemicals and preservatives absorbed daily through the air we breathe, the foods and drinks we consume, and the products we use on our bodies. As previously noted, the solution is removing toxins, so introducing toxic substances back into your body could reverse the effects.
During your post-consultation we give instructions to help maintain and lose additional inches lost. We recommend reducing the amounts of salt, sugar, fried foods, alcohol, caffeine and other highly toxic foods. Regular exercise will also help to improve your circulation aiding in the lymphatic system to rid the body of toxins; thereby, prolonging your body wrap results.
Does it involve dieting?
No dieting is required for inch loss; however, if you are using Slim Wrap body wraps as part as your weight loss program, we recommend a body wrap after every 5 to 10 pound loss to help tighten up the skin.
How often can I get a body wrap?
The body wrap is a safe and effective process that may be done as often as you wish. For inch loss results, we have found that a series of 6 to 12 wraps-performed at least 3 days apart--gives most clients the full benefit of the process.
If you are losing weight, a continuing series of treatments will show results and help tighten the skin to your new shape. Most of our clients on a weight loss journey come to see us every 5 to 10 lb. loss in order to keep their skin tight as they lose the weight.
Many people are happy after just one wrap, and others return monthly to maintain their results and to keep the skin soft and supple; while others see us once every change of season.
How does body wraps work?
Over time, as toxins begin to accumulate between the three layers of fat. The accumulation of the toxins in the body causes poor circulation, water retention and the body's natural elimination process becomes weakened. As toxins accumulate between the fat cells, the skin begins to take on an orange peel effect of cellulite as the fat cells expand to accommodate trapped toxins.
Our body wraps use a detoxifying solution that is absorbed into the body, extracting toxins from between the fat cells, and restoring much needed nutrients to the body. As toxins are removed, empty pockets are formed and the compression of our advanced wrapping technique creates inch loss, nourishes, tightens and tones the skin.
Is this just a temporary water loss?
No! The Slim Wrap contour wrap is a firming and toning process that produces results by detoxifying and contouring the flesh; therefore, you will lose inches not pounds. We recommend drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, especially on the days following each wrap to continue the detoxification process through the body's natural elimination system. Flushing your system this way will even aid weight loss.
What should I do after the wrap?
The mineral body wrap process is still working in your body for at least 24 hours. Therefore, your body wrap still provides your body the ability to continue loss inches and tissue reduction. For continued results, we suggest the following:
1. For continued inch loss, wear contouring clothes like a firm body shaper.
2. Since our process is removing toxins from your body, we encourage you to assist this process by avoiding toxic foods such as salt, sugar, alcohol, caffeine and carbonated beverages for several days following the wrap.
3. An internal cleanse, which includes drinking 8 to 10 glasses of water a day, will complete the detox process by flushing out the toxins.
4. We also recommend no hot showers for at least 8 (longer is better) hours and if using any lotions after your shower, to be sure to rub lotion in vigorously in your areas of concern. This will help circulation in those areas.
5. In addition, dry brushing your body prior to your showers will help to increase circulation and decrease the appearance of cellulite; as well as exfoliate for smooth and firm skin.

In order to give you and your guests a great and relaxing experience, we require all reservations be made at least two (2) weeks in advance. This will give us plenty of time to secure the appropriate number of specialist to accommodate your services.
Sometimes we do have space for last minute bookings. Call or email the office to check for availability.
Cancellations
We require a 72-Hour cancellation & reschedule notice. Any cancellations after 72-hours are subject to a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made day of scheduled booking/event is subject to 100% of the cancelled service.
What we require:
To ensure an enjoyable time, we will arrive at least 30 minutes prior to ensure proper set up. Our specialist will bring all equipment necessary for your service. With that being said, we do ask that you find a comfortable open space for your guest to enjoy their facial services. Because we incorporate hot towels during our treatment, we do need electrical access.
In Home Travel & Other Fees
Travel Fees: 15 miles within Marcella Skincare & Body Spa LLC Studio is free. Travel miles thereafter are 0.50 per mile.
Parking/Fees: We do require accessible parking at buildings, condos, apartments, and valet parking for events in hotels. Parking fees will be added to the total cost of the services.
